Your firm keeps control of tone, timing, and escalation. AR data stays isolated per workspace with audit trails built in from day one.
How RevCollect works
Core gives you a collections inbox, customer context, aging reports, and on-demand AI drafts — everything you need without enabling the agent. The optional Collections Agent add-on watches invoice state, replies, and risk thresholds to prepare drafts, digests, and alerts before you ask. It acts like a proactive collections operator, not a chatbot or automation builder — and it never sends without your approval.
Customer intelligence lives in your structured workspace data, not in model weights. We use AI for inference only and do not train on your data. See our security practices for details.
Where we are today
RevCollect is in private beta. The product you can demo today runs on realistic mock data while we finish Supabase-backed sync with QuickBooks and Gmail. We're inviting waitlist firms in small cohorts so we can support onboarding properly.
